Materials we are presently molding for various applications include High and Low Density Polyethylene, ABS, Glass Filled Nylon and Santoprene®. to finished products. Our design and engineering departments have leading
edge CAD & CAM tools to help with your part design and to minimize

Production CapabilitiesOur production capabilities include Injection Molding of thermoplastics on 20 molding machines ranging from 125 ton (8oz.) to 750 ton (128oz.), & a 2 color/material 75 ton (4oz. ea.). Profile Extrusion of Flexible and Rigid PVC. Secondary operations such as screen printing, pad printing, bagging or packaging are also done in house. We also do a limited amount of insert molding, many times using inserts that we produce here. |
